Shampoo is a detergent Soap in which it is filled with Chemicals.

I use shampoo for cleaning Bathroom really by using the shampoo we will get many bubbles rather than in detergent or any bathroom cleaner. My Husband will use Shampoo for cleaning Car and Bike, really. He feels that it will get rid of tough dust for Vehicles as he only suggested me to use shampoo for cleaning Bathroom or Toilets. He also says that 1 shampoo is enough it will give high soapy like liquid for cleaning while compared to other soaps or liquids of cleaning. I Suggest you once try to cleann your Bathroom with Shampoo so that you will know better about it.


Shampoo is just a Detergent with some Perfumes and Chemicals fill in. Its Chemicals are not good for our hair. Its causes Damage to our Hair roots and tips. You might notice that the split ends are caused due to usage of over detergent shampoo. Many of us also know that the Hair shampoo will lose the moisture in our Hair. That is the reason why experts say to use conditioner after shampooing.

Shampoo will just wash off dust, Greasy or oil from our hair along with moisture of our scalp making the scalp dry especially for Dry Hair persons. Conditioner gives moisture to our hair in which we have lost during shampooing. Conditioner wont help our dry scalp as it is not used for hair roots. Conditioner should be applied only for hair that is away from our roots which prove that it wont work for our hair roots.

I will post a PH Balanced Home Made shampoo in my next post. It wont contain Detergent giving you many bubbles to your Hair. It just washes dust from your Hair and leaves your Hair with required moisture. I am using this shampoo form 2 months and it does many miracles to your hair as it is made with miracle items :).

Is God there are not ?

Some people will believe that there are some super natural powers in the universe if you say that as a god then it is a god. As I too agree that Universe had many super natural powers that are effecting every thing in the universe and our life is based on it.


People will think god as Jesus, Allah, ram, Krishna, Shiva, Balaji, Buddha, etc

Now Gandiji is called as God. I feel that a persons who are better citizens that is who kept affords for there best for there society in their time or their generation are called as Gods later. Do you Agree with me?

Like wise those people who kept affords in there generation are called as god. I think like that only Ram, Krishna, Etc came. No one saw God or no body had got the reasons to say him/her as god.
How a person of past general will become god for our generation?

Do u think it as right?

Why are you blindly believing that there is a god or devil?
Some people say that if u believe that there is a god then there is a devil too.
I feel that there is no devil or no god. There is nature in all and across the universe there are many super natural powers.

Just there is some super natural power. A sun decides our day or night people believe in sun neither than believing god and just welcome the sun so that it is healthy to get first rays of the sun on our body. Best nature God that we are seeing is Sun. We know that generally that we live with sun, based on sun, by sun, for sun so I feel praying Sun as God is best Choice. Why are you just going to some place with expenses and praying the statue as the Sun is in front of us. Sun is Universal God as every one know.

The Spiritual world needs two revolutions one is to separate God from religion and the other is to separate religion from God This Purification process will make God less human and more Universal

Friends its my own opinion by looking forward to our Environment.

Get Up early in the Morning and Have a Five Minute Breathe Exercise life wise yoga style.Waking Up Early in the morning is one of the starting step for the success of living healthy life style.

Try to wake up in the morning in between 4:00 to 7:00 AM. I said to wake at 7 for late night sleepers and for lazy bugs.

First try to get up t 7:00 am later try for 06 :00. 06:00 is the ok schedule to Wake at 05:00 is good time and 04:00 is the excellent time to wake up.

Next programme to you to fix is to do some Exercise first try for simple exercise mainly for over fat persons. as lean or normal persons can do normal to tough exercises. any way Start up exercise to do according to your stamina. But try to increase the efficiency of doing exercise that is try to do from simple to tough exercises.


Like wise increase the time schedule of exercise on first day do each exercise for 2 min next day do to for 4 min next 5 min like wise increase it up to your stamina and remember don't over do that because overdoing is also harmful. and one of the important thing if you are lean or heavy whether your losing weight or not don't give up that is don't leave this good habit always continue to go through it as it is good boosting for muscles so that you will be healthy for longer.

Some persons have misconception that lean people should not do exercise but remember its a wrong conception.Its healthy to do exercise daily it gives strength to our muscles.

3rd Step for a Healthy life style to live happily is to eat well. eating well. Don't misunderstand eating well as eating heavily. Exactly eating well refers to take your food 4 times a days with 4 hours of interval that too take your food lightly that is half of your stomach full or lean person and one by fourth of your stomach full for heavy persons and normal persons can can between halve to 1/4th of food. Refer 1/2 or 1/4 of stomach means to less that quantity in your plate.

Eating well refer to a fat person or a lean person or a normal person.

My schedule of having food is 09:00 Am, 01:00 PM, 05:00 Pm and 09:00 PM. Give rest to your stomach for about 12 hrs in between this 12 hrs you can take water or some fruit juices.

4th Step is to have a bath daily as it refreshes body and mind.

5th and final step is to stool every day. Based on the Input you give the output takes place. Remember suffering with Motions or Constipation is not Healthy.

Cereal is named as Uggu in Telugu Language. Uggu is to feed child. In short it is noting but Baby food. Small Child with small digestive system should take food which will be easily digested. Uggu will be prepared for child in such a way which will be digested easily.

Baby food which is made in to small particles just to swallow is called as cereal. While coming to Uggu it is simply a Rice Cereal with few grains added to it. Uggu will have many vitamins added to it in form or grains.

As I saw many people will prepare this uggu in many ways with different combinations that is different grains added to it.

The Ingredients are are required in Preparation of Uggu or Rice Cereal are:

Rice - 100 gm
Toor Dal - 50 gm
Urad Dal - 25 gm
Moong Dal - 50 gm
Channa Dal (Optional or Added by few people) - 10 gm
Almonds (Optional) - 5 (remove skin)
Cashew Nuts (Optional) - 5
Peanuts and any other Grains which are recommended to the baby (Optional)

I would like to discuss 4 ways of Uggu Preparations that have been prepared for many children.

1st Way of Preparation :

Take Rice, Toor Dal, Urad Dal, Moong Dal and any other grains or nuts in a bowl and add water to it. Drain the water and place the rice and dals in sun so that it will absorb water (Rest it in sun for 4 to 5 Hours).

Later on Fry them in low heat i.e in sim till golden brown color. Keep aside so that it will cool down and then blend it in Blender or Mixer (Based on the age of Baby blend it i.e if baby age is 6 months blend it as powder as the age increases month by month make it as Rough powder. Store it in Air Tight Container.

2nd way of Preparation :

Take Rice, Toor Dal, Urad Dal, Moong Dal, Channa Dal (Optional) in a bowl and add water to it let it rest for 8 Hours. Drain the water and place the rice and dals in shade so that it will absorb water.

Later on Fry them in low heat i.e in sim till golden brown color. Keep aside so that it will cool down and then blend it in Blender or Mixer (Based on the age of Baby blend it i.e if baby age is 6 months blend it as powder as the age increases month by month make it as Rough powder. Store it in Air Tight Container.

3rd Way of Preparation :

Keep aside so that it will cool down and then blend it in Blender or Mixer (Based on the age of Baby blend it i.e if baby age is 6 months blend it as powder as the age increases month by month make it as Rough powder. Store it in Air Tight Container.

4th Way of Preparation :

Take Rice, Toor Dal, Urad Dal, Moong Dal, Channa Dal (Optional) in a bowl blend it in Blender or Mixer (Based on the age of Baby blend it i.e if baby age is 6 months blend it as powder as the age increases month by month make it as Rough powder. Store it in Air Tight Container.

Cooking : 

First take 3 to 4 table spoons of powder and pour sufficient water (for about to cook for 45 min) in to it rest if for 5 min. then keep in it low flame mix it for every 2 to 5 min in between till its done. Finally add some salt for taste and ghee.

It has Vitamins and Calories that are sufficient for our Baby. As the Baby age in months increase add little bit of curry to it. so that baby will be habituated to eat as we do. This Uggu is made because our baby wont have teeth to chew Food as we eat. and the cooking process of Uggu will be done for about 45 min so that it is easily digested by the baby.

I Like to prepare in the 1st way of Preparation for my baby till 1 year. But now after 1 year old Baby Boy I am using 4th Way of Preparation.
